Pigeon stretch

This exercise is great for stretching out these hip rotators so that you can more easily generate speed and power.

Starting in the standard push up position, bring your left leg through under your torso with your knee bent to around 60°. Hold this position for 10 seconds and repeat on the right leg.

Good hip mobility is key to an effective and powerful swing.
